Gamay from old vines on volcanic, basalt and clay soils. On the wine side: whole bunches in semi-carbonic maceration, then aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats.

The red fruits prevail on the nose, then follow pleasant peppery notes. A superb, captivating, subtle and airy vintage.
