Pinot Noir on limestone soils dating back to the Jurassic period, vinified in carbonic maceration in whole bunches, and left in vats for 40 days.

Nice intensity on red fruits and a lot of finesse. A wine to be taken out for special occasions and which can certainly remain in the cellar for several years.
