A brewing tribute to the Tournoël parcel on the No Control estate.
This beer was aged for 18 months in barrels after maceration on Pinot Noir marc. Fermented using only indigenous yeasts, the result is a slightly acidic, lively and freshly fruity beer.
Brewed in collaboration with the Tempérance blenders.
