This cuvée takes its name from the beginning of Cyprien's work with pears. The fruit comes from Domfrontais, in the Orne department, and was harvested by hand and pressed by Cyprien and one of his friends. 

The result is a fine perry, tart, floral, dry and fruity. We recommend it as an aperitif or with seafood.
