Pinot Noir of a Volvic plot, planted on granite sand. Vinification in whole bunches in fiber tank and breeding in Burgundian barrels.

This cuvée is a dedication to Alain Gaudet to whom Vincent took over the domain under Tournoël (hence the name of the cuvée) a few years ago.

On red fruits, structured, with well -melted tannins. A wine that takes a little time to open and reveal itself, a passage in a carafe makes it bombed.
