A short maceration of destemmed Savagnin for a week for a light orange wine, expressing a mineral profile. A 10-month aging in 400-liter barrels and in tank.

The grapes were grown on iridescent marls from the Lias and limestone scree from the Bathonian.

The nose is citrusy, and on the palate notes of yellow fruits and a slight tannic bitterness appear.
The finish is saline and precise. A bright and deep wine.
