A blend of 5 grape varieties: Mauzac Jaune (70%), Colombard, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Sauvignon Blanc; all from the commune of Castelreng, located in the Aude. 

The Mauzac was soaked for 9 months, and the other grapes were macerated in jars.

A great freshness on the nose! Pear, granny smith, ... but also spicy notes. On the palate, a nice limestone tension, a lot of minerality and sapidity.
