A rather unprecedented assembly between the Grolleau and the Chenin which works wonderfully.

The grape varieties co-farmented for 7 days and a direct Chenin press was then added, which gives vibrant energy to wine.

The balance is subtle and very fair, the tasting is fresh, tense, silky, in short, lots of things happen and it's very good!
