A 100% trousseau cuvée from a single plot planted by Catherine in 2020. The grapes were destemmed manually then macerated for 9 days before being pressed and placed in stainless steel vats for aging for 9 months.

The aroma is very floral, and on fresh red fruits (rather raspberry and cherry). On the palate, we discover a silky, juicy and refreshing wine. Great success for this first vintage!
