Blend of a spontaneous fermentation beer raised for 2 years in barrels, and grapes from Romain Henin, from 3 different grape varieties: Chardonnay (Marc), Pinot Noir (must) and Pinot Meunier (must).

The Marc de Chardonnay has co-farmented with beer for 6 months. The blend has been associated with the beer on the day of the bottling.

A subtle beer in which you can find flavors of white peach, grapes, and even Poiré.

Limited to 2 bottles per person.

Initiated by Liquiderie, the Deviation project aims to present in a cuvée the meeting between a winemaker and a brewery.
