Cuvée from a Catalan rustic grape variety, cultivated on limestone soil: Sumoll. It is not very productive, gives very concentrated, generous, juicy fruit and shoots earthy and smoked notes.

This trails is superbly balanced, with a mouth on the cherry and a beautiful acidity.
