The Colombard is not one of the grape varieties that we most commonly mean to speak. Much used for distillation, it gives perennial wines to powerful aromatics. This Jesus comes back, with his fine bubble, is super refreshing. A very small 9% of alcohol definitively gives it a high degree of drinkability.
