45% Gewurztraminer and 45% Traminer (one of the oldest grape varieties worked in Europe!) worked in foudre, then 10% Pinot Gris aged in barrels over 10 years old.

The 3 grapes were then vinified in whole bunches for 7-8 days.

A very aromatic maceration, yes, but with a remarkable balance! Very floral on the nose, and a touch of salinity on the palate. We take the time to taste this beautiful cuvée quietly.
