Grapes planted on clay-limestone soil, more precisely on the south-eastern slope of the Puy de Marmant and the southern slope of the Puy de Tobize, at an altitude of 450 metres.

A floral aroma and a palate on delicacy and freshness. A touch of saline finishes the tasting. Very nice juice.
