This beer is an iconoclastic reinterpretation of a traditional Grätzer / Grodziskie.

Brewed exclusively with oak-smoked wheat and aged for several months in Islay barrels with brett and bacteria, the beer has been blended with a portion of fresh Grodziskie at bottling.

The complex acidity and peaty notes of the barrique base combine with the rustic freshness of the young beer.
