This cuvée takes its name from the beginning of Cyprien's work with pears. The fruit comes from Domfrontais, in the Orne region, and was hand-picked and pressed by Cyprien and one of his friends.
A fine perry, tart, floral, dry and fruity. We recommend it as an aperitif or with seafood.
