Coming from an assembly of its vineyards cracked on clay: 35% Auxerrois, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Gris and a hint of muscat to complete. Everything is raised in a closed tank for 11 months.

A maceration of great freshness, with a beautiful acidity, a slight perlance, and somewhat smoked notes. A complex and very elegant wine that is drunk on its own. Stunning !
