45% Gewurztraminer and 45% Traminer (one of the oldest grape variety worked in Europe!) Worked in lightning, then 10% Pinot Gris raised in barrels over 10 years old.

The 3 grapes were then vinified in whole bunches for 7-8 days and then giggled twice a day.
