Arnaud Popihn is well known for his brewing projects, but he has also been active as a winemaker for some time now.

For his second vintage, he travelled to the Ardèche to hand-pick grapes from 30-year-old vines. This wine undergoes 2 weeks' carbonic maceration, followed by 8 months' ageing in 600-liter barrels.
