A blend of pinot gris and pinot noir worked in maceration in whole clusters for 10 days then aged in barrels for 20 months.

The grapes come from a terroir on granite soil mixed with veins of clay.

The aromatic is very delicate, on the fruits Red. The palate is fresh, lively and with a hint of salinity.
