A blend mainly composed of Colombard, coming from a terroir of basaltic silt in the town of Adissan.

On the vinification side, maceration in jars and direct pressing are assembled, then aged in vats for 10 months.

The nose is downright explosive, very exotic, with a predominance of mango. The mouth follows the tempo, with the same framework. It is long, mineral and tense. A big yes for those looking for an orange wine that is both delicious and vegetal.
