2021 was a catastrophic year in terms of harvest (frost, hail, too much rain just before the harvest). Like many others, Bruno did not obtain 10% of his usual yields!

To bounce back, and perpetuate his activity, he went to look for grapes from colleagues, always in organic. These come from the hill of Mittelbergheim, culminating at 320m and benefiting from a particularly remarkable amount of sunshine. In the end, we have a wine of great elegance, lively and which can be kept for a long time.
