A Chenin aged in casks in an oxidative universe. A wine of great complexity, with notes of candied fruit and green walnut. 

Counterbalanced by a frank minerality, we have acidity and tension. Very good air resistance: once opened, the bottle evolves day after day... Very beautiful.
