A bubble with a dapper dress Red, made from a blend of southern grape varieties.

The red grape varieties were macerated with their skins and the juice of the white grapes was added.

Black fruits, garrigue, spices, ... it is a sunny, expressive cuvée, with fine and dry bubbles. A very digestible wine!
