Druif Fiano assemblage n°19: bottled in 2023, this beer is made from a maceration of Fiano marc on three-year-old lambics (300g of fruit/L).

This cuvée is the result of a collaboration with Italian winemaker Marco Tinessa, from the Ognostro estate.
