A 100% Grenache harvested from schist soils in Cabrerolles, in the Faugères appellation area.

The grapes were destemmed, macerated for 30 days then aged in stoneware eggs for 9 months.

The aroma is powerful, with strawberries, citrus fruits, white pepper and also fern. In the mouth, the markers of the terroir are there, the texture is velvety, the wine is complex, the finish long.

A vintage ready to drink but also designed for aging.
