A blend of Sauvignon (44%), Mauzac (27%), Chasan (14%), Muscat Petit Grain (9%) and Terret Bourret (6%). Each grape variety has previously been macerated, destemmed, in jars and vats. Everything was aged in vats for 9 months.

The nose is very fruity, on plum and pear, then on the palate we discover a bomb of minerality all in sapidity. High drinkability.
