This cuvée was created at the La Malpolon brewery in collaboration with the Tempérance team.
On the menu: barley and rye from Auvergne, indigenous yeast from Syrah pomace from the No Control estate, a year's maturing in barrels, then a month's maceration on whole redcurrants from Lo Gano des Combrailles.
A fruity, vinous beer that will delight fans of strong acidity!
