Each of the 6 grape varieties of this cuvée was vinified and macerated separately. Then followed a breeding in stainless steel tanks and amphorae.

On the nose and in the mouth: exotic fruit! Mango, lychee, the aromatic is powerful and delicious. A frank acidity comes to coat and balance the whole.

We advise you to take out your carafe to enjoy all its quintessence.
