A gruit style beer brewed according to the medieval tradition, with a mixture of herbs from the Münster region. It is composed of swamp myrtle, caraway, juniper and hops. Cooled in koelschip and aged in wine barrels Red for 10 months. A complex beer with herbaceous and floral notes.
