A wild beer with 5 cereals (barley, wheat, spelt, rye and oats) fermented with the brewery's own mix of yeasts and bacteria.
After hot hopping with Wakatu and Motueka hops and long months of fermentation, a light cold hopping with Hallertau Blanc was added.
This is a beer with rustic, farmhouse notes and a lively acidity, underpinned by the fruity, herbal flavour of the hops.
