GMTX Brewery is an independent nano-brewery located in Montestruc-sur-Gers, in the Gers (Occitanie), specializing in wild beers, spontaneous fermentations, and the use of native yeasts.
Founded by Simon Charlier, who is also one of the co-founding members of the collective Bière Libre alongside La Petite Huguette and La Varette.
