La Petite Huguette

La Petite Huguette

La Petite Huguette is a nano brewery from Castelnau-d'Estrétefonds, a city located in the Great suburbs of Toulouse. Created by Hugues, which makes it its secondary activity, because it is also a techno teacher.

Haugues had been brewing in amateur for about fifteen years, and it's been 3 years now that he has produced a very small quantity for marketing.

The approach is as local as possible. The malt comes from La Malterie Occitane, the plants and fruits used are seasonal and the region (except citrus fruits that come straight from Italy), hops has been planted in its garden ... A global approach and connected to the living world.

Above all, Hugues uses Burgundian -like barrels, which gives real character to his creations. As for maceration, it is done in stainless steel tank.

Mixed fermentations, wooden farms, botanical inspirations or creative assemblies, the brewery offers us a beautiful panel of discoveries.
