Gamaret is a cross between Gamay and Reichensteiner grapes that produces wines with ripe fruit, spices and licorice. The Bois Dieu version is a greedy juice, sunny but not without freshness. We can easily imagine it on a grilled pig flavored with herbs from Provence or on its own, it also works!
