An extremely difficult day's brewing gave birth to this beer, which quickly became a world reference. 

Aged in bourbon barrels for a year, it is one of the brewery's craziest beers. Flavours of dark chocolate, vanilla, caramel, bourbon, black fruit, burnt oak... Both delicious and complex!
