Blend of a spontaneously fermented beer aged for 2 years in barrels, and Pinot Meunier grapes from Romain Henin.

The grapes were added in the form of marc to co-ferment with the beer, and in the form of must on the day of bottling. 

Limited to 2 bottles per person.

Initiated by Liquiderie, the Déviation project aims to present in a cuvée the encounter between a winemaker and a brewery.
