This blend is composed of :
- half a beer fermented on apple pomace (from orchards located 500m from the brewery) aged 10 months in barrels
- one third is pure juice from the same apples, naturally fermented in barrels at the brewery
- one-sixth acid beer aged 20 months in barrels.
The result is a dry, tannic, vinous beer with apple flavors that blurs the line between beer and cider.
