In 2021, Jorre & Loick went to Normandy to collect a few apples to add them to their harvest of old local varieties. The cider that was born was put in a wine barrel that had previously contained the Mead produced within the farm, then was put to macerate with Froits, blackcurrants, raspberries, blackberries, griots and blueberries.
