Druif Blaufränkisch assemblage n°124: bottled in 2022, this beer is made by macerating a blend of Fendant and Pinot Noir pomace over one, two and three-year-old lambics.
The marc has undergone over 12 months of fermentation in wine, leaving the skins, stones and stalks wonderfully fragrant. It comes from Mythopia, a small natural wine producer in Arbaz, Switzerland.
