Arnaud Popihn is well known for his brewing projects, but recently he has also been working as a winemaker!

Here are his first two creations! Two cuvées of Gamay on granite arena soil, the grapes of which were harvested at Jocelyn Vigouroux, based in the Ardèche Cévennes.

For Lucette, a carbonic maceration of 6 weeks followed by an ageing of 8 months in barrels and barrels.
