Brewed with artisan malts (barley and wheat) and triticale, hopped with Alsace hops (Nugget, Strisselspalt, Aramis) and fermented with a mix of in-house yeasts, Belgian seasonal yeasts and strains of brettanomyces.

A hoppy, rustic beer.
