Beer on Marc and whole clusters of Pinot Noir de Côte d'Or. It was refined 12 months in Pinot Noir de Burgundy barrel of the same Domaine.

Acidity is fine just like sparkling. There are flavors of fruits from wood and red fruits, with delicate final notes of vanilla and coconut. A very pretty beer in lightness and balance.
