The Grand Cru Bruocsella is a lambic matured for 3 years in oak barrels, selected from the best barrels of the brewery.

This beer, which is not carbonated, expresses beautiful vinous notes. A few years of maturation in the cellar are recommended so that it can express all its complexity.
