Intens Rood assemblage n°78 : bottled in 2020, this beer is made from a maceration of whole Morello cherries at a rate of 458g of fruit per liter of lambic.

The cherries have macerated for almost 9 months in the lambic, which is longer than average for this series. We find beautiful fruit notes, but also almond, a lot of complexity and a frank acidity.
