Tart beer matured in barrels for a year and macerated on hyssop and lemon balm.

It was elaborated and imagined with Julien of the brewery À Tue-Tête brewery, who brought his own yeast culture.

The nose is very floral. In the mouth, we perceive citrus fruits, floral notes and a refreshing minty finish.
