An interpretation of the traditional style made up of dark beers matured in red wine casks for a year and a half, then matured for a further year in Bordeaux wine barrels and blended with dark beers matured in Bourbon casks.

A lovely acidity that contrasts with the roasted cereal and red fruit flavours.
