Fusion because this cuvée blends Gamay from Auvergne and Gamay from Beaujo but also two types of vinification: a vat with grapes in carbonic maceration and a vat with grapes crushed in whole bunches and macerated in juice.

A structured wine, well fruity and with a nice tension.
