A mid-calm, mid-grape, hybrid cuvée therefore! The apples come from Norman orchards and for the grapes, from the Chenin from Jean-Christophe Garnier.

Vincent has experienced the ciders recently and even indulges with this cuvée with a happy mixture. Well it works very well!
