A cider made from 60% bittersweet apples (Jolie Red, Dry herbage) and 40% tart apples (Aigre de Beauvoir).

A maceration of pineau d'aunis marc was carried out during fermentation.

A resinous, spicy aromatic, and a winey taste. The result is divine, with notes of white pepper specific to the grape variety which blend wonderfully with the apple.
