A blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay which were macerated jointly for 2 months then aged in stainless steel vats.

A gentle extraction which gives a wine Red clear, which is expressed on raspberry and light mineral touches. A wine with a fluid, refreshing profile and marked by a clear liveliness.
